摘  要:目的为我国人工智能医药领域产业政策制定提供参考。方法检索HimmPat平台2018年至2023年中美两国人工智能医药领域的发明专利数据,通过灰色预测模型预测并比较两国在该领域的技术发展趋势,探讨两国技术类别分布,并解析该领域重点申请人组成。结果我国发明专利申请数量预测将于2028年与美国相当;智能诊疗是人工智能医药领域的研发和投资热点,我国前十大申请人中有5家公司、3所高等院校和2家大型医院,美国则均为公司。结论我国人工智能医药领域目前处于高速发展时期,尤其是发明专利申请数量有超越美国的潜力,需继续加强政策支持,注重人才培养和引进,加快技术成果产业化,提高知识产权保护水平。Objective To provide a reference for the policy formulation in the field of artificial intelligence(AI)medicine industry in China.Methods Data on the invention patents in the field of AI medicine in China and the United States from 2018 to 2023 were searched from the HimmPat platform.The technology development trends in this field in the two countries were forecasted and compared by the gray forecasting model,the distribution of technology categories in the two countries were explored,and the composition of key applicants in this field were analyzed.Results It was predicted that China will be comparable to the United States in the quantity of invention patent applications in 2028.Intelligent diagnosis and treatment was a hotspot for research and investment in the field of AI medicine.Among the top ten applicants in China,there were five companies,three universities,and two large hospitals,while they were all companies in the United States.Conclusion China′s AI medicine is currently in rapid development,especially with the potential to surpass the United States in the quantity of invention patent applications.However,it is necessary to continue to strengthen policy support,focus on talent cultivation and recruitment,accelerate the industrialization of technological achievements,and improve the level of intellectual property protection.
