摘　　要：目的优选健脾益气膏提取工艺。方法以浸泡时间、煎煮次数、煎煮时间、加水倍数为考察因素,以干膏得率和枸橼酸含量的综合评分为评价指标,采用L_(18)(3^(4))正交试验法优选健脾益气膏的提取工艺,并验证。结果最优提取工艺为,浸泡时间为4 h,加9.34倍量水,煎煮3次,每次60 min。验证试验中,6批样品的枸橼酸平均含量为0.249 mg/mL,RSD为0.68%;平均干膏得率为33.63%,RSD为0.04%(n=6)。结论优选的提取工艺合理、稳定,可为健脾益气膏的制备提供参考。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Jianpi Yiqi Ointment.Methods The extraction process of Jianpi Yiqi Ointment was optimized by the L_(18)(3^(4))orthogonal test with the soaking time,decoction frequency,decoction time,and water addition amount as the investigation factors,and with the comprehensive score of yield of dry extract and citric acid content as the evaluation indicator.Then,the verification test was conducted.Results The optimal extraction process was to soak for 4 h,add 9.3~4 times the amount of water,decoct three times,each time for 60 min.In the verification test,the average content of citric acid in six batches of samples was 0.249 mg/mL with an RSD of 0.68%;the average yield of dry extract was 33.63%with an RSD of 0.04%(n=6).Conclusion The optimal extraction process is rational and stable,which can provide a reference for the preparation of Jianpi Yiqi Ointment.
