丙戊酸钠联合卡马西平治疗小儿癫痫临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨丙戊酸钠联合卡马西平治疗小儿癫痫的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年2月至2023年2月收治的癫痫患儿100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组患儿均予卡马西平片口服,观察组患儿加服丙戊酸钠片。两组患儿均持续治疗3个月。结果观察组总有效率为86.00%,显著高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患儿治疗后的α/β波段脑电功率均显著升高,δ/θ波段脑电功率均显著降低,认知功能(语言智商、操作智商、全量表智商)评分均显著升高,癫痫发作频率和棘波指数均显著降低(P<0.05);且观察组上述指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各不良反应发生率与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠联合卡马西平治疗小儿癫痫,能有效减轻患儿癫痫症状,减少发作次数,改善其认知功能与脑电波。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium valproate combined with carbamazepine in the treatment of pediatric epilepsy.Methods A total of 100 children with epilepsy admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The children in the two groups were given oral Carbamazepine Tablets,on this basis,the children in the observation group were given Sodium Valproate Tablets.Both groups received continuous treatment for three months.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 86.00%,which was significantly higher than 68.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,theα/βband power significantly increased,theδ/θband power significantly decreased,the cognitive function[verbal intelligence quotient(VIQ),performance intelligence quotient(PIQ),and full-scale intelligence quotient(FIQ)]score significantly increased,the epilepsy seizure frequency and spike-wave index(SWI)significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Sodium valproate combined with carbamazepine can effectively alleviate the symptoms of epilepsy in children,decrease the seizure frequency,improve the cognitive function and brainwave.
