摘 要:目的分析髋关节置换术中髋臼假体30°~40°放置角度对疗效的影响。方法回顾性抽取2020年6月至2023年6月于阜外华中心血管病医院及河南省人民医院行单侧髋关节置换术的患者62例,均使用陶瓷界面髋关节假体。依据术中髋臼假体放置角度将其分为研究组(30例,髋臼假体放置角度30°~40°)和对照组(32例,髋臼假体放置角度40°~50°)。比较两组围术期指标、手术前后髋关节功能及术后并发症发生情况。结果两组术前髋关节功能、围术期指标、术后并发症发生情况比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后,两组髋关节功能均较术前改善,且研究组较对照组改善更为显著(P均<0.05)。结论髋关节置换术中30°~40°假体放置角度较40°~50°假体放置角度的效果更好。ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of 30°-40°placement angle of acetabular prosthesis on treatment efficacy of hip arthroplasty.MethodsA total of 62 patients who underwent unilateral hip arthroplasty in Fuwai Central China Cardiovascular Hospital and Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected,and all of them were treated by ceramic interface hip prostheses.According to the intraoperative placement angle of acetabular prosthesis,they were divided into the study group(30 cases,with acetabular prosthesis placement angle of 30°-40°)and the control group(32 cases,with acetabular prosthesis placement angle of 40°-50°).The perioperative indexes,preoperative and postoperative hip function,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in preoperative hip function,perioperative indexes,and postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,hip function of the two groups was improved compared with preoperative hip function,and the improvement in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(all P<0.05).ConclusionsThe 30°-40°placement angle of acetabular prosthesis in hip arthroplasty has better effect than the 40°-50°placement angle of prosthesis.
