摘 要:目的探讨子痫前期患者血清三叶因子1(TFF1)、泛素偶联酶E2C(UBE2C)水平变化及其对不良妊娠结局的预测效能。方法回顾性抽取2021年5月至2023年5月于南阳市中心医院产检且分娩的子痫前期患者88例,依据子痫前期病情将其分为轻度组(47例)和重度组(41例),依据妊娠结局情况将其分为不良妊娠组(27例)和良好妊娠组(61例)。另抽取同期孕检的正常妊娠健康孕妇45例为正常组。通过酶联免疫吸附实验检测血清TFF1、UBE2C水平。采用受试者工作特性曲线下面积(AUC)评估TFF1、UBE2C对子痫前期患者不良妊娠结局的预测价值。结果重度组血清TFF1、UBE2C水平高于轻度组和正常组,轻度组血清TFF1、UBE2C水平高于正常组,P均<0.05。不良妊娠组血清TFF1、UBE2C水平高于良好妊娠组(P<0.05)。血清TFF1和UBE2C预测子痫前期患者不良妊娠结局的AUC分别为0.74(95%CI:0.693~0.788)、0.81(95%CI:0.767~0.862),两者联合预测的AUC为0.93(95%CI:0.881~0.976)。结论TFF1、UBE2C在子痫前期疾病患者血清中呈高表达,有望用于预测子痫前期患者不良妊娠结局的发生。ObjectiveTo investigate the changes in levels of serum trefoil factor 1(TFF1)and ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2C(UBE2C)in patients with preeclampsia,and to analyze their predictive efficacy for adverse pregnancy outcomes.MethodsA total of 88 patients with preeclampsia who underwent prenatal examination and gave delivery in Nanyang Central Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively selected.The selected patients were divided into mild group(47 cases)and severe group(41 cases)according to disease condition of preeclampsia,and they were divided into adverse pregnancy group(27 cases)and good pregnancy group(61 cases)according to their pregnancy outcomes.In addition,45 healthy pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination during the same time period were selected as the normal group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of serum TFF1 and UBE2C.The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)was used to evaluate the predictive value of TFF1 and UBE2C for adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with preeclampsia.ResultsThe serum levels of TFF1 and UBE2C in the severe group were higher than those in the mild group and the normal group,while the levels of TFF1 and UBE2C in the mild group were higher than those in the normal group(all P<0.05).The serum levels of TFF1 and UBE2C in the adverse pregnancy group were higher than those in the good pregnancy group(P<0.05).The AUC values of serum TFF1 and UBE2C in predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with preeclampsia were 0.74(95%CI:0.693-0.788)and 0.81(95%CI:0.767-0.862),respectively,and the AUC predicted by the combination of the two was 0.93(95%CI:0.881-0.976).ConclusionsTFF1 and UBE2C have high expression in serum in patients with preeclampsia,and the two indicators have the the potential to be used for prediction on adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with preeclampsia.
