摘 要:SBP基因属于最大的转录因子家族之一,SBP基因家族已在许多物种中被发现和报道,但在烟草中尚未得到很好的研究。研究共在烟草中鉴定出29个SBP基因,并根据其染色体分布将其命名为NtSBP01~NtSBP29。分析了烟草SBP成员的理化性状、染色体定位、系统发育树、基因结构、保守基序和共线性分析等。根据系统发育树将NtSBP基因分为Ground1~8类。同源性分析发现,NtSBP基因中存在10对同源基因,烟草与拟南芥之间存在5对同源基因。顺式作用元件分析表明,烟草SBP基因可能参与光、低温响应和生长发育调节。研究结果为进一步的功能分析奠定了基础。SBP genes belong to one of the largest families of transcription factors,which have been discovered and reported in many species,but have not been well studied in tobacco.A total of 29 SBP genes were identified in tobacco and named NtSBP01~NtSBP29 according to their chromosome distribution.The physicochemical characters,chromosome localization,phylogenetic tree,gene structure,conserved motifs and collinearity analysis of tobacco SBP members were analyzed.According to phylogenetic tree,NtSBP genes can be divided into GroundⅠ~Ⅷclasses.Homology analysis showed that there were 10 homologous genes in NtSBP gene and 5 homologous genes between tobacco and Arabidopsis.Cis-acting element analysis indicated that tobacco SBP gene may be involved in light and low temperature response and growth regulation.The results lay a foundation for further functional analysis.
