摘 要:针对现有甘薯起垄整形机作业形成的垄体紧实度不均匀、不可调等问题,依据甘薯农艺种植要求,设计了一种甘薯起垄整形机镇压整形装置。采用液压驱动,可实现不同作业工况下的镇压整形作业时镇压整形辊的转速调节。通过理论计算与分析,确定了镇压整形装置的结构参数和液压系统部件的选型。通过离散元仿真试验,验证了其工作性能,并确定了较优作业转速区间。该镇压整形装置整形作业后可满足甘薯后续的移栽作业,为甘薯的全程机械化作业奠定了基础。A sweet potato ridge shaping machine suppression and shaping device has been designed based on requirements of sweet potato agronomic planting to address problems of uneven and non adjustable ridge compactness caused by operation of existing sweet potato ridge shaping machines.By using hydraulic drive,it was possible to adjust speed of compaction roller during compaction and shaping operations under different working conditions.Through theoretical calculations and analysis,structural parameters of compres-sion shaping device and selection of hydraulic system components have been determined.Through discrete element simulation experi-ments,its performance was verified and optimal operating speed range was determined.This suppression and shaping device could meet subsequent transplanting operations of sweet potatoes after shaping,laying foundation for full mechanization of sweet potato operations.
