摘 要:采用物性分析仪,通过单轴压缩开展了不同籽粒含水率(11.2%、13.2%、15.2%和17.2%)和加载速度(1.2、2.4和3.6 mm/s)下绿豆籽粒的完全随机压缩力学性质试验,获得籽粒压缩载荷-位移曲线、屈服载荷、变形量、破坏能和表观弹性模量。结果表明:籽粒在自然状态下压缩的载荷-位移曲线具有明显的生物屈服点;相同加载速度下,籽粒含水率对籽粒的屈服载荷和表观弹性模量均存在显著的影响,籽粒含水率11.2%时,籽粒的屈服载荷、破坏能和表观弹性模量为最大、变形量为最小,但随着加载速度的增大,籽粒的屈服载荷、破坏能和表观弹性模量基本呈先减小后增大的趋势,变形量呈先增大后减小的趋势;当籽粒含水率≥13.2%时,屈服载荷随着加载速度的增大而增大,但在相同籽粒含水率下籽粒变形量随着加载速度的增大呈现减小的趋势,籽粒破坏能和表观弹性模量随加载速度变化规律与籽粒屈服载荷的相似;当籽粒含水率在试验范围内变化时,加载速度对籽粒的压缩力学特性参数的影响均不显著。Using physical property analyzer,complete random compression mechanical property tests were conducted on mung bean grains under four moisture contents(11.2%,13.2%,15.2%,17.2%)and three loading speeds(1.2 mm/s,2.4 mm/s,3.6 mm/s)through uniaxial compression,obtaining compression load displacement curve,yield load,deformation amount,breaking energy and apparent elastic modulus of the grains.Results showed that load displacement curve of grains under natural compression had a clear bio-logical yield point.At the same loading speed,moisture content had a significant impact on yield load and apparent elastic modulus of grains.When moisture content was 11.2%,yield load,breaking energy and apparent elastic modulus of grain were maximum,and de-formation amount was minimum.However,as moisture content increased,yield load,breaking energy and apparent elastic modulus of grain basically showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing,and deformation amount showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.When moisture content was 13.2%,yield load increased with increase of loading speed.But at the same moisture con-tent,deformation of grain basically decreased with increase of loading speed,and variation of grain breaking energy and apparent elast-ic modulus with loading speed was similar to yield load of grain.When moisture content changed within experiment range,effect of loading speed on compressive mechanical properties of grains was not significant.
