新质生产力赋能文化产业高质量发展的实践路径研究

摘　　要：培育和发展新质生产力是推动文化产业高质量发展的现实需要与关键路径。从理论基础看,新质生产力的形成是科技创新与文化驱动的产物,劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象是“新”“质”“力”的支撑点。从产业实践角度看,新质生产力为文化产业创新发展动力、提升生产效率、提高发展质量。受制度环境不健全、关键核心技术短板突出、产业体系不完善、人才培养模式落后等因素的影响,新质生产力赋能文化产业高质量发展的现实阻力较大。应着力推动文化体制改革创新,促进关键核心技术研发,完善文化产业体系建设,创新文化人才培养模式,推动新质生产力发展,实现文化产业高质量发展的目标。Cultivating and developing new quality productive forces is the realistic necessity and pivotal path for advancing the high-quality development of the cultural industry.From the theoretical perspective,the formation of such forces is driven by scientific and technological innovation and culture dynamics.With workers,means of labor,and labor objects serving as the support points of“new”,“quality”and“power”.From the perspective of industrial practice,new quality productive forces serve as the impetus for cultural industry innovation and development,enhancing production efficiency and upgrading development quality.Affected by factors such as imperfect institutional environment,prominent shortcomings in key core technologies,imperfect industrial system,and backward personnel training mode,the new quality productive forces encounter great practical hurdles to enable the high-quality development of the cultural industry.Therefore,efforts should be made to promote the reform and innovation of the cultural system,promote the research and development of key core technologies,improve the construction of the cultural industry system,innovate the mode of training cultural talents,promote the development of new quality productive forces,and achieve the goal of high-quality development of the cultural industry.
