摘　　要：新时代海外学界全面从严治党研究的客观样态呈数量激增、力量壮大、领域拓宽的特点,思想建设、组织建设、作风建设和反腐败斗争逐渐成为焦点议题。海外学者研究全面从严治党时运用政治文化视角、政党适应视角和政治精英视角分别对中国共产党的领导权威、韧性调适和干部管理加以阐释,形成独特的认知观念。海外学界对全面从严治党的研究主体多元化与观点差异化并存。由于政治立场和文化背景的不同,一些颇具偏见和局限的看法仍然存在。树立客观公正的海外中共观任重道远,要以全面从严治党为主题讲好中国共产党故事,进一步提升中国共产党的国际传播能力,打造对外宣传工作的坚强阵地。In the new era,the study of full and rigorous Party self-governance in overseas academic circles shows the characteristics of increasing number,growing strength and expanding fields.The focus has gradually fallen on the reinforcing ideological commitment,consolidating the organization,improving conduct and anti-corruption struggle.From the perspective of political culture,the perspective of political party adaptation and the perspective of political elite,overseas scholars explain the leadership authority,resilience adjustment and cadre management of the Communist Party of China(CPC),forming a unique cognitive concept.In general,overseas academic circles have diversified research subjects and different viewpoints on comprehensively governing the Party strictly.However,due to different political positions and cultural backgrounds,some rather biased and limited views still exist.At present,it is a long and arduous task to establish an objective and fair view of the CPC overseas.We must tell the story of the CPC well under the theme of full and rigorous self-governance,further enhance the CPC’s international communication capacity,and create a strong front for external publicity.
