近十年海外学界对邓小平外交思想的认知研究

摘　　要：自邓小平主导外交事务以来,其外交思想就受到海外学界的高度关注。近十年,海外学界普遍认同邓小平外交思想继承和发展了马列主义毛泽东思想,适应了改革开放新时期中国发展需要,是积极应对国际形势的动态变化而采取的战略主动;其主要内容有“独立自主、不结盟”,“韬光养晦、有所作为”;主要特点为务实和均衡等。此外,大部分海外学者认为,邓小平外交思想不仅具有突出的历史贡献,还具有重要的当代价值。通过梳理近十年海外学界对邓小平外交思想的研究,可得到如下启示:从对外叙事的角度,要充分利用海外学界积极的研究成果,丰富对外叙事的主体力量;增强对外叙事的连续性,丰富并完善对外叙事话语体系;完善海外中共领导人研究跟踪机制,提高对外叙事的针对性。Since Deng Xiaoping took charge of foreign affairs in the late 1970s,his thoughts on diplomacy have attracted great attention from overseas scholars.In the past ten years,most overseas scholars agree that Deng Xiaoping Thought on Diplomacy is rooted in Marxism and Mao Zedong Thought and has evolved to meet the needs of China in the era of reform and opening up.It represents a strategic initiative to actively respond to the dynamic changes in the international situation.Its main content includes“Dulizizhu”and“Taoguangyanghui”.Its main characteristics are pragmatism and balance.Moreover,most overseas scholars believe that Deng Xiaoping Thought on Diplomacy not only has significant historical contributions but also possesses important contemporary value.By reviewing the research findings of overseas scholars on Deng Xiaoping Thought on Diplomacy over the past decade,the following suggestions are made from the perspective of external narrative:Firstly,utilize the positive research achievements from overseas academia to enrich the main force of external narrative;secondly,enhance the continuity of external narratives,enriching and refining the discourse system for external narratives;thirdly,improve the tracking mechanism for overseas research on Chinese Communist leaders to increase the relevance of external narratives.
