摘 要:在确保输出能力不变的等排量前提下,为提高外啮合齿轮泵/马达的综合性能,根据构建的等排量与齿形参数、齿宽系数、模数间关系,分析了齿数、齿顶高系数和模数对轻量化、输出脉动、困油现象、径向力和容积效率等性能的影响;基于齿宽系数的最小化,提出了一种等排量大模数的高综合性能设计方法。结果表明,排量为由齿数和齿顶高系数构成的齿形量、齿宽系数、由模数构成的尺寸量的三部分乘积;齿数和齿顶高系数是影响轻量化效果和脉动质量的主要参数,可依据二者的高综合性能要求,确定出最优的齿数和齿顶高系数及其齿形量;模数是影响径向力、容积效率和困油性能的主要参数,模数的最大化极利于这些性能尤其是高困油性能的充分实现;最大化的模数由给定排量、最优齿形量、最小齿宽系数和模数标准化要求共同确定。得出等排量大模数设计方法能有效提高产品综合性能的重要结论。Under the premise of ensuring constant output capacity and equal displacement,in order to improve the comprehensive performance of the external gear-pumps and gear-motors,the relation between the constructed equal displacement and gear profile parameters,tooth width coefficient,and modulus was analyzed to investigate the effects of tooth numbers,addendum coefficients,and modulus on lightweight,output pulsation,trapped oil phenomenon,radial force,and volumetric efficiency.A high comprehensive performance design method with equal displacement and large modulus was proposed based on the minimization of tooth width coefficient.The results indicate that the displacement is the product of three parts:the tooth profile formed by the number of teeth and the addendum coefficient,the tooth width coefficient,and the size formed by the modulus.The number of teeth and addendum coefficient are the main parameters that affect the lightweight effect and the pulsation quality.Based on the high comprehensive performance requirements of both,the optimal number of teeth,addendum coefficient,and tooth profile can be determined.Modulus is the main parameter that affects the radial force,the volumetric efficiency,and the oil trapping performance.Maximizing modulus is extremely beneficial for the full realization of these properties,especially high oil trapping performance.The maximum modulus is determined by the given displacement,optimal tooth profile,minimum tooth width coefficient,and modulus standardization requirements.The important conclusion is that the equal displacement large modulus design method can effectively improve the comprehensive performance of products.
