摘  要:为分析行星齿轮传动系统在温度变化影响下均载特性的变化情况,采用集中参数法建立直齿圆柱齿轮行星轮系纯扭转多自由度动力学模型;并在模型中考虑了齿侧间隙、轮系综合误差以及时变啮合刚度的影响,推导出该行星轮系的动力学方程;分析了受温度效应影响下齿轮相关参数的变化情况;同时以动态均载系数作为评价指标,研究了在温度效应下行星齿轮传动系统均载特性的变化情况。结果说明,行星传动系统工作环境温度的升高会使偏载情况发生恶化,不利于传动系统的平稳运行。In order to analyze the change of load sharing characteristics of the planetary gear transmission system under the influence of temperature change,a pure torsional multi-degree of freedom dynamic model of the spur gear planetary gear train was established in this study.In the model,the effects of backlash,gear train comprehensive error and time-varying mesh stiffness were considered,and the dynamic equation of the planetary gear train was derived.The variation of gear parameters under the influence of temperature effect was analyzed,and the dynamic load sharing coefficient was taken as the evaluation index to study the variation of load sharing characteristics of the transmission system under the temperature effect.The analysis results show that the increase of the working environment temperature of the planetary transmission system will worsen the unbalance load,which will be adverse to the stable operation of the transmission system.
