文化虚无主义引发的青年意识形态安全风险及其治理

摘　　要：文化虚无主义具有以虚无文化动摇政治认同的意图,正在与我国主流意识形态争夺青年,必须高度警惕。文化虚无主义引发的青年意识形态安全风险样态表现为选择性虚无,解构青年文化自信的风险;娱乐性手法,滋扰青年理性思考的风险;错误性立场,遮蔽青年价值取向的风险;背后性动因,动摇青年理想信念的风险。就其特征而言,这一安全风险呈现出鲜明的政治破坏性、突出的技术隐蔽性、复杂的交织传导性。当前,治理文化虚无主义、维护我国意识形态安全,必须破立并举、精准施策。为此,要敢于亮剑,下好批判先手棋;要聚焦青年,筑牢思想防线;要顺势而为,掌握话语主动权。Cultural nihilism,with the intention of shaking political identity with nihilistic culture,is competing with the mainstream ideology of our country for young people,and we must be highly vigilant.The risk pattern of youth’s ideological security caused by cultural nihilism is manifested as the risk of deconstructing youth’s cultural self-confidence by selective nihilism;the risk of disturbing the rational thinking of young people by entertaining techniques;the risk of obscuring youth’s value orientation by wrong stance;the risk of wavering young people’s ideals and beliefs by deep motivation.In terms of its characteristics,this security risk presents distinct political destructiveness,prominent technical concealment and complex interweaving conduction.At present,to control cultural nihilism and maintain the ideological security of our country,we must take targeted measures at the same time.To this end,we must dare to show the sword and criticize the first chess,focus on young people and build a strong ideological defense line and take advantage of the situation to master the discourse initiative.
