家族口述视野下的一拖工业史叙事——对一拖首任副厂长郑定立家族的访谈

摘　　要：在已有工业史叙事的基础上,尝试以家族口述史方式对一拖建厂初期副厂长郑定立家族进行访谈研究。访谈过程中记录了一拖建厂初期单位制下的家庭关系、个体与单位关系,反映出集体化时代工业叙事中的“私”与“公”,凸显建国初期工业建设中个体的人格魅力及奉献精神。家族口述方式有利于揭示家族成员之间的群体联系和社会交往过程,由多个“个体记忆”建构“群体记忆”,多维度展现建国初期工业建设者的时代面貌。Based upon existing industrial history narratives,this study attempts to conduct interviews with the family of Zheng Dingli,the deputy factory director of YTO in its early stages,using the method of family oral history.The interviews documented family relationships and individual-unit relationships under the unit system in the early stages of YTO,reflecting the interplay of“private”and“public”in industrial narratives during the collectivization era.It highlights the personality charm of individuals and spirit of dedication in the early years of PRC.Utilizing the family oral history approach is beneficial for revealing the group connections and social interactions among family members,constructing“collective memory”from multiple“individual memories”,and presenting a multidimensional portrayal of the era’s characteristics of early industrial builders.
