摘 要:我国在海外投资油气开发项目已30余年,已开发的低渗碳酸盐岩油藏占有一定比例,且与国内典型碳酸盐岩油藏相比地质特征、开发规律差异较大,开发难度较高。截至“十二五”,这类油藏总体开发效益不够高。由于海外优质项目获取难度越来越大,低渗碳酸盐岩油藏开发的必要性增加,需要大力加强海外低渗碳酸盐岩油藏开发关键技术的研究与实践。“十三五”以来,我国初步形成了海外低渗特低渗碳酸盐岩油藏开发关键技术体系,主要包括:较小排距水平井网有效控制动用低渗储量;矢量井网提高强非均质性储层开发井网的适应性;优化酸化/酸压改造技术提高低渗井产能、注入能力;水平井分段压裂提高特低渗储层产能;注水开发保障低渗油藏稳产及提高采收率。进而形成了科学高效的开发策略:实施已开发正生产储量(PDP)方案初期,尽快弄清储量分布和储层物性、流体、压力非均质性;在优先动用优势储量的同时,根据已明晰的油藏地质特征、储量规模与品位和合同条款,及时分析、论证、编制正式开发方案(FDP),FDP既要充分重视科学性、经济性、灵活性,还要充分适应合同条款。目前,我国海外低渗碳酸盐岩油藏开发取得了很大成功。China has invested in overseas oil and gas development projects for more than 30 years,and the developed low-permeability carbonate reservoirs occupy a certain proportion,and the geological characteristics and development rules are quite different from the typical domestic carbonate reservoirs,and the development difficulty is relatively high.As of the"Twelfth Five-Year Plan",the overall development efficiency of such reservoirs is not high enough.As it is more and more difficult to obtain the overseas high-quality projects,it is necessary to develop low-permeability carbonate reservoirs,and it is necessary to strengthen the research and practice of key technologies for overseas low-permeability carbonate reservoir development.Since the"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan",the key technology system for the development of overseas low-permeability and ultra-low-permeability carbonate reservoirs has been initially formed,which mainly includes:low-permeability reserves can be effectively controlled and utilized by small-spacing horizontal well network,the vectorial well pattern improves the adaptability of the development well pattern in highly heterogeneous reservoirs,optimization of acidizing/acid pressure stimulation technology to improve low-permeability well productivity and injection capacity,horizontal well multi-stage fracturing improves productivity of ultra-low permeability reservoir,and waterflood development ensures stable production and enhanced recovery of low-permeability reservoir.Then,a scientific and efficient development strategy is formed:at the beginning of the implementation of the Proved Developed Producing(PDP)program,the reserves distribution and the heterogeneity of reservoir physical property,fluid and pressure should be clarified as soon as possible.While giving priority to the use of superior reserves,demonstration and preparation of formal development plan(FDP)according to the clear geological characteristics of the reservoir,reserve scale and grade and contract terms should be analyzed,demonstra
