摘  要:为解决页岩气开发过程中油基钻井液带来的环保压力与经济成本较高问题,新型高性能水基钻井液的研究与推广意义重大。文中通过大量室内实验,以研发的正电胶触变调控剂为核心处理剂,同时优选降滤失剂、流型调节剂与封堵剂等处理剂,研制了一种适合页岩气储层的高触变防漏钻井液体系,并综合评价了其抗温性能、承压封堵性能、抗污染性能、抑制性能和环保性能。实验结果表明:高触变防漏钻井液抗温性能较好,当老化温度为135℃时,体系仍能保持较好的流变性能和滤失性能;钻井液体系的承压封堵性能较好,体系密度升至1.6 g/cm^(3)时,0.7 MPa下未发生漏失;钻井液体系的抗NaCl、CaCl_(2)和岩屑粉污染性能较好;钻井液体系的抑制性能较强,对页岩岩屑的相对回收率达98.6%;钻井液体系环保性能优良,属于较易降解类型钻井液体系。现场试验结果表明,高触变防漏钻井液体系能够满足页岩气储层钻井施工对钻井液性能及环保方面的要求,具有广阔的应用前景。In order to solve the problems of environmental pressure and high economic cost caused by oil-based drilling fluid in shale gas development,the research and promotion of new high-performance water-based drilling fluid is of great significance.In this study,a high thixotropic anti-leakage drilling fluid system suitable for shale gas reservoir was developed through a large number of laboratory tests,using the developed MMH thixotropic modulation as the core treatment agent and selecting fluid treatment agents such as fluid loss agent,flow pattern regulator and plugging agent,and its anti-temperature properties,pressure sealing properties,pollution resistance properties,inhibition properties and environmental protection properties were comprehensively evaluated.The experimental results show that the high-thixotropic anti-leakage drilling fluid system has good anti-temperature properties.When the aging temperature is 135℃,the system can still maintain good rheological properties and fluid loss properties.The pressure sealing performance of the drilling fluid system is better,and when the system density increased to 1.6 g/cm^(3),no leakage occurs at 0.7 MPa.The drilling fluid system has better resistance to NaCl,CaCl_(2) and cuttings pollution properties.The drilling fluid system has strong inhibition performance,and the relative recovery rate of shale cuttings is 98.6%.The drilling fluid system has excellent environmental performance and belongs to the more easily degraded type of drilling fluid system.Field test results show that the high thixotropic anti-leakage drilling fluid system can meet the requirements of drilling fluid properties and environmental protection in shale gas reservoir drilling constructions,and has broad application prospects.
