摘  要:为探索玛湖地区深层致密砾岩油藏水平井体积压裂改造效果,提高储层动用程度,文中以地质建模与数值模拟为手段,建立地质工程一体化模型,开展水平井体积压裂关键技术研究。综合考虑压后生产效果、井间地应力干扰、天然裂缝发育程度等因素,确定了最优布缝方式、簇间距、加砂规模、压裂顺序与泵注工艺,形成了深层致密砾岩油藏平台井体积压裂关键技术。研究表明:采用交错50%布缝方式,优化簇间距、加砂规模与泵注工艺,以“先压两边+后压中间”为压裂顺序原则,进行水平井协同平齐推进拉链体积压裂,可显著降低深层致密砾岩油藏平台井压裂成本、提升储层改造效果。现场应用15井次,SRV较单井提升10%,压裂费用降低5%,采收率由18.0%提升至20.1%,为深层致密砾岩油藏水平井体积压裂改造提供了技术借鉴。In order to explore the volume fracturing simulation effect of horizontal wells in deep conglomerate oil reservoirs in Mahu area and improve the degree of reservoir utilization,an integrated geoengineering model was established by means of geological modeling and numerical simulation,and key technologies of volume fracturing of horizontal wells were studied.Considering the production effect after fracturing,in-situ stress interference between wells,natural fracture development degree and other factors,the optimal fracture distribution pattern,cluster spacing,sand adding scale,fracturing sequence and pumping technology were determined,and the key technology of platform well volume fracturing in deep conglomerate reservoir was formed.The research has shown that using a staggered 50%fracture distribution pattern,optimizing cluster spacing,sand adding scale and pumping process,following the fracturing sequence principle of"fracturing both sides first and then fracturing the middle",and carrying out horizontal well coordinated and flush advancing zipper volume fracturing can significantly reduce fracturing costs and improve reservoir simulation effects of platform wells in deep tight conglomerate reservoirs.After 15 on-site applications,the SRV increased by 10%compared to a single well,the fracturing cost decreased by 5%,and the recovery rate increased from 18.0%to 20.1%.This provides a technical reference for the volume fracturing simulation of horizontal wells in deep tight conglomerate reservoirs.
