摘  要:随着油气勘探开发不断向深层超深层深入,对钻井液封堵剂的抗高温高盐性能提出了更高的要求。文中以2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)、苯乙烯(St)为主要原料,制备了一种柔性微球封堵剂PSDA,其粒径约为170 nm。采用纤维型微孔滤膜、岩心、孔洞型微孔滤膜对PSDA分散液的抗温、抗盐及封堵性能进行了综合评价。实验结果表明,PSDA分散液在20%NaCl条件下,可抗220℃,1%PSDA分散液对渗透率为9.58×10^(-4)μm^(2)岩心的封堵率达80.1%。在相同条件下,其性能优于纳米聚酯(NP-1)和纳米微球(NF-1)。同时,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对PSDA的封堵机理进行研究,表明PSDA的封堵机理包括表面吸附、单微球直接封堵、变形封堵、架桥封堵以及充填形成封堵层。PSDA可用于封堵超高温高盐地层的纳微米孔隙裂缝,对其机理的研究进一步丰富了现有的柔性封堵机理。As oil and gas exploration and development continue to go deeper into the deep and ultra-deep layer,higher requirements are put forward for the anti-temperature and high-salt properties of drilling fluid plugging agents.In this paper,a flexible microsphere plugging agent(PSDA)with a particle size of about 170 nm was prepared by using 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),N,N-dimethylacrylamide(DMAA),and styrene(St)as the main raw materials.Fibre-based microporous filter membranes,cores,and pore-based microfiltration membranes were used to comprehensively evaluate the temperature resistance,salt resistance,and plugging properties of the PSDA dispersion liquid.The experimental results showed that the PSDA dispersion liquid could resist 220℃under 20%NaCl,and the plugging rate reached 80.1%of 1%PSDA dispersion liquid on the core with permeability of 9.58×10^(-4)μm^(2).Under the same conditions,its properties were superior to that of nanopolyester(NP-1)and nano-microspheres(NF-1).Meanwhile,the plugging mechanism of PSDA was studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the plugging mechanisms of PSDA included surface adsorption,direct plugging by single microspheres,deformation plugging,bridging plugging,and filling to form a plugging layer.PSDA can be used to plug nano-micron pore fractures in ultra-high-temperature and high-salt formations,and the study of its mechanism further enriches the existing flexible plugging mechanism.
