摘  要:页岩气井产量递减速度快,生产后期井筒容易产生积液,需采用排水采气手段才能实现正常生产。而目前常用的单一排采工艺存在工艺效果周期短、作业施工频次高、劳动强度大、智能化程度低、施工风险和投入成本较高的缺点,影响了页岩气井的开发效率。为解决上述问题,基于不同排采工艺原理、数字孪生、大数据挖掘以及物联网理论和原理,并结合气井生产工艺实际需求,将目前页岩气井生产所需要的主流排采工艺进行了集中整合,研究出了一套适合页岩气井的智能一体化复合排采工艺系统。该系统能够根据现场实际情况,通过携液流速、携液流量、油套管液面高度、举升压力和测井柱塞动力等参数判断是否需要启动以及启动哪种类型的排采工艺,实现了智能复合工艺的有效管理和精确管控。智能一体化复合排采工艺系统在长宁页岩气田的宁209H35平台进行了现场先导性试验,结果表明,该工艺系统能够有效改善试验井的生产状况,工艺措施后平台的放喷生产次数和气举辅助工艺的应用次数均明显减少,日产气量和日产水量均有明显的提升,稳产效果较好,具有规模化推广应用的潜力。Shale gas wells have a rapid decline in production rate, and the wellbore is prone to fluid accumulation in later stages of production. Drainage and gas production methods need to be used to achieve normal production. At present, the commonly used single drainage and production process has disadvantages of short process effect cycle, high construction frequency, large labor intensity, low intelligence degree and high construction risks and investment costs, which affect the development efficiency of shale gas wells. To solve the above problems, based on the principles of different drainage and production processes, digital twins, big data mining, and the theory and principles of the Internet of Things, and combined with the actual needs of gas well production processes, the current mainstream drainage and production processes required for shale gas well production have been centrally integrated, and a set of intelligent integrated composite drainage and production process system suitable for shale gas wells has been developed. This system can determine whether to start and which type of drainage and production process to start based on the actual situation on site, through parameters such as liquid-carrying flow rate, liquid-carrying flow rate, oil casing liquid level height, lifting pressure and logging plunger power, achieving effective management and precise control of intelligent composite processes. The intelligent integrated composite drainage and production process system was piloted on-site on the Ning 209H35 platform in Changning shale gas field. The results showed that the process system can effectively improve the production status of the test well. After the process measures, the number of blowout production times and the application times of gas lift auxiliary processes on the platform were significantly reduced, and the daily gas and water production were significantly improved. The stable production effect was good, and there is potential for large-scale promotion and application.
