摘 要:[目的]缩合酯是合成创制杀菌剂烯肟菌胺的重要中间体。研究了缩合酯的热安全性,为企业生产过程安全提供科学依据。[方法]采用动态差示扫描量热,以及差示扫描量热和绝热加速量热联合测试技术,研究获取缩合酯的热稳定性及分解动力学参数。[结果]缩合酯具有热敏性,起始分解温度为198.01℃,分解放热量为1940 kJ/kg;分解动力学研究表明,缩合酯热分解最大反应速率到达时间为8、24 h,对应的温度TD8、TD24分别为161.5、147.5℃。[结论]缩合酯具有热不稳定性,分解过程放热剧烈,失控后果严重;应用2种模拟方法所获得的动力学结果具有很好的一致性。[Aims]Condensed ester is an important intermediate in the synthesis of the innovative fungicide fenaminstrobin.This research investigated the thermal safety of condensation ester to provide a scientific basis for ensuring the safety in the production process.[Methods]Dynamic differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and a combination of DSC and adiabatic accelerating rate calorimetry(ARC)testing techniques were employed to study and obtain parameters related to the thermal stability and decomposition kinetics of condensed ester.[Results]Condensed ester exhibited thermal sensitivity,with an initial decomposition temperature of 198.01℃and a decomposition heat release of 1940 kJ/kg.Decomposition kinetics studies revealed that the thermal decomposition reaction rate of condensed esters reached its maximum at 8 and 24 h,corresponding to temperatures TD8 and TD24 of 161.5 and 147.5℃.[Conclusions]Condensed ester demonstrates thermal instability,with intense heat release during the decomposition process and severe consequences upon losing control.The kinetic results obtained from both simulation methods show good consistency.
