摘 要:[目的]探究除草剂唑草酮对两栖类动物的毒性效应。[方法]采用半静水方法,探究了唑草酮制剂对东北林蛙蝌蚪及成体96 h内急性毒性;同时分析比较了不同质量浓度唑草酮制剂亚急性暴露下对东北林蛙蝌蚪超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、东北林蛙红细胞微核率等生物学指标的影响。[结果]唑草酮制剂对东北林蛙蝌蚪24、48、72、96 h的LC50分别为7.103、6.905、6.474、6.205 mg a.i./L,安全质量浓度为1.958 mg a.i./L,毒性等级为中毒;对东北林蛙成体24、48、72、96 h的LC50分别为168.663、127.546、116.098、106.197 mg a.i./L,安全质量浓度为10.620 mg a.i./L,毒性等级为低毒,表明东北林蛙蝌蚪相较于成体对唑草酮制剂造成的水体污染更为敏感。随着胁迫浓度的增加、胁迫时间的延长,东北林蛙蝌蚪体内SOD、CAT活性大体呈现先升高后降低的趋势,而东北林蛙外周血红细胞微核率及核异常率均呈现升高趋势。[结论]唑草酮制剂胁迫下可对不同发育时期的东北林蛙产生毒性效应,影响东北林蛙蝌蚪的抗氧化酶系统,诱导东北林蛙外周血红细胞染色体损伤。[Aims]To evaluate the toxic effect of herbicide carfentrazone-ethyl on amphibians.[Methods]The acute toxicity of carfentrazone-ethyl to tadpoles and adults of Rana dybowskii in 96 h was studied by semi-static water method.At the same time,the effects of sub-acute exposure of carfentrazone-ethyl at different concentrations on biological indexes such as superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and micronucleus rate of erythrocyte of R.dybowskii were analyzed and compared.[Results]The LC50 of carfentrazone-ethyl to tadpoles of R.dybowskii at 24,48,72 and 96 h were 7.103,6.905,6.474 and 6.205 mg a.i./L,respectively.The safe concentration was 1.958 mg a.i./L,and the toxicity was moderate.The LC50 of carfentrazone-ethyl to adult R.dybowskii at 24,48,72 and 96 h were 168.663,127.546,116.098 and 106.197 mg a.i./L,respectively,with the safety concentration of 10.620 mg a.i./L,and the toxicity was low.The results indicated that tadpoles of R.dybowskii were more sensitive to water pollution caused by carfentrazone-ethyl than adults.With the increase of stress concentration and the prolongation of stress time,the activities of SOD and CAT in the tadpoles of R.dybowskii increased at first and then decreased,while the ratio of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies in erythrocyte of R.dybowskii increased.[Conclusions]The stress of herbicide carfentrazone-ethyl could produce toxic effects on R.dybowskii at different developmental stages,affect the antioxidant enzyme system of R.dybowskii tadpoles and induce chromosome damage of peripheral erythrocyte of adult R.dybowskii.
