摘  要:[目的]明确双丙环虫酯和啶虫脒添加生物菌剂(哈茨木霉菌+枯草芽孢杆菌)后对棉蚜的防治效果。[方法]采用浸叶法进行药剂对棉蚜的室内生物活性测定、用茎叶喷雾法进行田间药效试验。[结果]室内双丙环虫酯、啶虫脒对棉蚜48 h LC_(50)分别为0.827、2.778 mg/L;双丙环虫酯、啶虫脒添加生物菌剂后48 h LC_(50)分别为0.588、1.039 mg/L,增效比为1.406、2.674。田间药效试验中,双丙环虫酯7.5 g a.i./hm^(2)、啶虫脒21 g a.i./hm^(2)药后3 d对棉蚜的防效分别为90.19%、81.59%,药后14 d防效分别为95.04%、89.79%;2种杀虫剂推荐剂量减量30%+生物菌剂对棉蚜的防效均优于其单剂推荐剂量处理组。[结论]双丙环虫酯对棉蚜的生物活性大于啶虫脒,生物菌剂对2种杀虫剂均具有增效作用。在新疆棉区防治棉蚜时,可将双丙环虫酯列为新烟碱类杀虫剂的替代型杀虫剂进行推广使用,添加的生物菌剂具有开发成新型增效剂的潜力。[Aims]In order to clarify the control efficacy of afidopyropen and acetamiprid against Aphis gossypii after adding biological agents(Trichoderma harzianum+Bacillus subtilis).[Methods]The leaf dipping method was used for laboratory biological assay of the pesticide to A.gossypii,and the field efficacy trials was carried out by the foliar spray method.[Results]The 48 h LC_(50) of afidopyropen and acetamiprid against A.gossypii were 0.827 and 2.778 mg/L respectively,and the 48 h LC_(50) of them after adding biological agents were 0.588 and 1.039 mg/L respectively,with the synergistic ratios of 1.406 and 2.674.In the field trials,the control efficacy of afidopyropen at 7.5 g a.i./ha and acetamiprid at 21 g a.i./ha against A.gossypii were 90.19%and 81.59%on day 3 after treatment,and 95.04%and 89.79%on day 14 after treatment,respectively.The two insecticides(at 70%of the recommended dosage)with biological agents showed better control efficacy against A.gossypii than themselves at the recommended doses.[Conclusions]The bioactivity of afidopyropen against A.gossypii was better than that of acetamiprid,and the biological agents had synergistic effects on both insecticides.In the prevention and control of A.gossypii in Xinjiang cotton area,afidopyropen can be used as an alternative insecticide to traditional neonicotinoid insecticides,and the added biological agents have the potential to develop into new synergists.
