摘 要:[目的]评价250 g/L丙环唑乳油对太子参根腐病的室内生物活性和田间防效。[方法]采用生长速率法进行室内生物活性测定及灌根法开展田间防治研究。[结果]室内生测结果表明:250 g/L丙环唑乳油的EC50为33.62 mg/L。田间试验结果表明:250 g/L丙环唑乳油的制剂用量450、600、750 mL/hm^(2)处理的防效为60.23%~75.16%。[结论]250 g/L丙环唑乳油对太子参根腐病具有较好的防效,且对太子参生长安全,可用于田间太子参根腐病防治。[Aims]To evaluate the laboratory biological activity and field efficacy of propiconazole 250 g/L EC against root rot of Pseudostellaria heterophylla.[Methods]The laboratory biological activity was studied with the mycelial growth rate method,and the field trial was carried out by root irrigation.[Results]The results of the laboratory biological activity showed that the EC50 of propiconazole 250 g/L EC was 33.62 mg/L.The field trial results showed that the control efficiency of propiconazole 250 g/L EC was 60.23%-75.16%at 450,600 and 750 mL/ha.[Conclusions]Propiconazole 250 g/L EC has good control efficacy on the root rot of P.heterophylla,with good safety on its growth.It can be used to prevent the root rot of P.heterophylla in the field.
