摘 要:为了提高电网供电的可靠性,针对分布广、数量众多的配电电缆设备建立全面的多维状态评价体系具有重要意义。首先介绍了中压配电电缆的结构构成,确认了中压配电电缆易出现异常的部位;然后,考虑到中压配电电缆不同阶段的风险倾向存在差异,对中压配电电缆的典型风险场景进行了梳理,确定了电缆的常见风险类型,同时补充了并非由电缆本身质量问题导致的风险场景;最后,基于梳理的中压配电电缆的典型风险场景,筛选并确定可以有效表征电缆状态的特征量,构建了包含局部放电、接头温度、载流量、直流分量及接头外观这5类指标的中配电电缆多维评价体系。In order to further improve the reliability of power grid power supply,it is of great significance to establish a comprehensive multi-dimensional state evaluation system for widely distributed and numerous distribution cable equipment.This paper first studies the structure and composition of medium-voltage distribution cables,and further confirms the parts that are prone to abnormalities in medium-voltage distribution cables;then,considering the differences in risk tendencies of medium-voltage distribution cables at different stages,the The typical risk scenarios are sorted out to determine the common risk types of cables,while supplementing the risk scenarios not caused by the quality problems of the cables themselves;finally,based on the typical risk scenarios of mediumvoltage distribution cables sorted out,the characteristics that can effectively characterize the cable status are screened and determined A multi-dimensional evaluation system for medium-voltage distribution cables was constructed,including partial discharge,joint temperature,current carrying capacity,DC component and joint appearance.
