摘 要:随着新技术和新设备的引入,变电站的智能化水平、运行效率及经济效益等显著提升,但同时也使得变电站检修项目变得更加复杂,检修风险随之增多。分析了影响变电站检修的各种风险,构建了一个二层风险指标体系;然后对各个指标进行赋权,并采用模糊综合评价法对各风险指标进行评价,最终建立了一套变电站检修风险评价体系。该体系可为后续建立检修项目危险库提供理论依据与技术支撑,并能够及时识别出变电站检修过程中的风险,降低风险发生概率,从而提高检修的可靠性与安全性。The influx of new technologies and equipment has increased the level of intelligence,operational efficiency,and economic benefits in substations.However,this has also made maintenance projects more complex and increased maintenance risks.This paper analyzes the risks affecting substation maintenance and constructs a two-tier risk indicator system.Risk indicators are weighted,and then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to assess these indicators.Finally,a risk assessment system for substation maintenance is established.This system provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the subsequent development of a maintenance project risk database,enabling timely identification of risks during substation maintenance,reducing the probability of risks,and improving the reliability and safety of maintenance activities.
