基于田口法的永磁电机齿槽转矩优化

摘  要:齿槽转矩过大会使电机产生振动和噪声,影响电机性能。为了降低电机的齿槽转矩,以一台8极12槽永磁无刷直流电机为例,提出了基于田口法优化永磁无刷电机齿槽转矩的方法。首先建立等效的有限元模型,通过能量法分析影响电机电磁噪声最大因素的齿槽转矩的数学解析式;其次分别从极弧系数,磁极分段,辅助槽等角度探究对齿槽转矩的影响;最后采用田口法以极弧系数,磁极分段错开角,辅助槽数为优化变量,对电机的齿槽转矩进行优化,并结合仿真与实验对优化效果进行验证。研究结果表明:对电机的定转子结构进行优化,齿槽转矩较优化前降低了68.8%;仿真结果显示齿槽转矩为0.0248 N·m,与实验结果吻合度为94.6%,验证了优化方法的可靠性。文中提出的优化方法为降低电机齿槽转矩提供了有效的参考方案。Excessive cogging torque causes vibration and noise of the motor,which will affect the performance of the motor.In order to reduce the cogging torque of the motor,taking an 8-pole 12-slot permanent magnet brushless DC motor as an example,a method of optimizing the cogging torque of the permanent magnet brushless motor based on the Taguchi method is proposed.Firstly,the equivalent finite element model is established,and the mathematical expression of the cogging torque,which is the most important factor affecting the electromagnetic noise of the motor,is analyzed by the energy method.Subsequently,the influence on the cogging torque is explored from the perspectives of pole arc coefficient,magnetic pole segmentation and auxiliary slot.Finally,the Taguchi method is used to optimize the cogging torque of the motor with the pole arc coefficient,the segmented stagger angle of the magnetic pole and the number of auxiliary slots as the optimization variables,and the optimization result is verified by simulation and experiment.The results show that the cogging torque is reduced by 68.8%compared with that before optimization by optimizing the stator and rotor structure of the motor.The simulation results show that the cogging torque is 0.0248 N·m,and the agreement with the experimental results is 94.6%,which verifies the reliability of the optimization method.The optimization method proposed in this paper provides an effective reference scheme for reducing the cogging torque of the motor.
