摘  要:核聚变堆中液态锂铅包层是可以实现聚变能高效转换及产氚的关键部件,液态金属在强磁场下的自然对流换热规律是影响包层转换效率的关键因素之一,但是目前国内没有可以测量液态金属的强磁场设备。本文分析了金属流体速度场和温度场测量的发展和需求,依据技术要求,根据电磁和传热原理,建立电磁、结构、传热模型,对所需背景超导磁铁系统设备开展了电磁设计、结构设计、热导设计、加工制造、组装和测试研究工作。通过实际运行,超导铁系统设备满足各项技术要求,成为国产第一台测量液态金属速度场和温度场的超导磁铁系统。整个装置重量82000 kg,总长2950 mm,总宽2340 mm,总高4560 mm,设计磁场强度最高可达3 T,通常运行磁场2.5 T,运行电流335 A。磁场调节精度<0.005 T,磁场波动<0.005 T,通过稳定运行,有效区域磁场强度的最大偏差≤5%,磁铁外围1 m范围以外≤0.03 T的剩磁,磁铁系统采用4.2 K液氦冷却零挥发方式闭环运行,测量通道的尺寸为300 mm×800 mm×2948 mm,设计制造满足各项技术要求并稳定运行,为磁流体速度场和温度场测量提供了研究基础。The liquid lithium lead cladding in nuclear fusion reactor is a key component that can achieve efficient fusion energy conversion and tritium production.The natural convection heat transfer of liquid metal under strong magnetic field is one of the key factors affecting the conversion efficiency of the cladding.This paper analyzes the development and demand of the measurement of the velocity field and temperature field of metal fluids,establishes the electromagnetic,structural and heat transfer model according to the technical requirements and the principle of electromagnetic and heat transfer,and carries out the electromagnetic design,structural design,thermal conductivity design,manufacturing,assembly and testing research on the required background superconducting magnet system equipment.Through the actual operation,the superconducting iron system equipment meets the technical requirements and becomes the first superconducting magnet system in China to measure the velocity field and temperature field of liquid metal.The entire device weighs 82000 kg,the total length is 2950 mm,the total width is 2340 mm,the total height is 4560 mm,the design magnetic field intensity is up to 3 T,usually the operating magnetic field is 2.5 T,and the operating current is 335 A.Magnetic field adjustment accuracy is better than 0.005 T,and the magnetic field fluctuation is less than 0.005 T.Through stable operation,the maximum deviation of magnetic field intensity in the effective area is less than 5%,and the residual magnetic field outside the 1-meter range of the magnet is less than 0.03 T.The magnet system adopts 4.2 K liquid helium cooling zero-volatilization closed-loop operation,and the measurement channel size is 300 mm×800 mm×2948 mm.The design and manufacture meet the technical requirements,and operation is stable,DOI:10.13952/j.cnki.jofmdr.2024.0197 which provides a research basis for the measurement of velocity field and temperature field.
