摘 要:目前,国内企业对于航空级螺栓仍采用人工的打磨方式,难以达到高质效的加工效果,易造成环境的污染和工人的健康损伤。为掌握螺栓自动打磨系统除尘装置影响因素及除尘效果以便更好应用于现场,使用Fluent软件系统研究除尘装置风速颗粒粒径以及打磨点位置等因素对除尘效果的影响规律。对螺栓自动打磨系统的除尘装置进行连续相以及离散相DPM模拟,得出在给定风速下的流场仿真结果、颗粒运动轨迹及影响颗粒收集效率的影响因素。最终得到结论,在风速为30 m/s及打磨点位于(Y+10.6,Z-10.6)即砂轮斜下方45°时除尘效果最佳,除尘效率达到92.31%,可以对打磨系统内粒径范围在20μm~120μm的颗粒进行高效收集。At present,domestic enterprises still use artificial grinding methods for aviation grade bolts,which is difficult to achieve high quality processing and causes environmental pollution and harms workers’health.In order to obtain the influencing factors and dust removal performance of the dust removal device for the automatic bolt grinding system,the Fluent software is used to study the influence of factors such as wind speed,particle size and grinding point position of the dust removal device on the dust removal performance.Continuous phase and discrete phase DPM simulation are carried out on the dust removal device,and the simulation results of flow field,particle movement trajectory and influencing factors of particle collection efficiency are obtained at a given wind speed.Finally,it is concluded that the dust removal performance is highest when the wind speed is 30 m/s and the grinding point is located at(Y+10.6,Z-10.6),that is,the 45 degree angle below the inclination of the grinding wheel,and the dust removal efficiency reaches 92.31%,which can efficiently collect particles with particle size ranging from 20μm to 120μm in the grinding system.
