产品意象认知单视-触及视触关联模态实验验证研究——以汽车座椅为例分析

摘  要:为解决单视-触(SV、ST)模态和视触关联(VTC)模态对产品情感体验的有效性及SV、ST模态对VTC模态意象认知的影响程度不明确的问题,基于感性工学融合多感官信息整合理论,以汽车座椅为例,设计汽车座椅的SV、ST和VT模态意象认知实验。引入正态分布和MLE模型分析三组模态实验数据,在验证MLE模型在产品意象认知领域应用可行的基础上,通过MLE模型计算SV、ST模态对VT模态意象认知的贡献度(影响程度)。实验结果显示,VTC模态较SV、ST模态对意象认知更稳定,验证了MLE模型可将SV、ST模态的意象认知关联整合,形成VTC模态的意象认知,SV、ST模态意象认知不完整,证明VTC模态意象认知有效性更强;以传统-现代意象为例,基于MLE模型计算的SV、ST模态对VTC模态意象认知贡献度分别为69%、31%,且不同意象贡献度不同,SV、ST模态贡献度比值保持在7∶3-8∶2左右。研究表明,VTC模态较SV、ST模态更有利于建立用户情感体验,设计师应注重产品的VTC意象设计,基于研究结果挖掘出的设计新视角,为产品多感官情感体验设计提供了支持。This work aims to solve the problem of the validity of single visual-touch(SV,ST)mode and visualtouch correlation(VTC)mode on product emotional experience and the ambiguity of the influence degree of the SV,ST mode on VTC modal image cognition.Based on Kansei engineering and multi-sensory information integration theory,taking automobile seat as an example,an experiment of SV,ST and VT modal image cognition of automobile seat is designed.Normal distribution and the MLE model are introduced to analyze three groups of modal experimental data.On the basis of verifying the feasibility of the MLE model in the field of product image cognition,the contribution degree(influence degree)of the SV and ST modes to the VT mode image cognition is calculated by the MLE model.The experimental results show that the VTC mode is more stable in image cognition than the SV and ST modes,which verifies that the MLE model can integrate the image cognition of the SV and ST modes to form VTC mode image cognition,and the SV and ST modes image cognition is incomplete,which proves that VTC mode image cognition is more effective.Taking traditional-modern images as an example,the cognitive contribution of the SV and ST modes to the VTC mode images calculated based on the MLE model is 69%and 31%respectively,the contribution of different images is different,and the contribution ratio of the SV and ST modes is kept at about 7∶3-8∶2.The research shows that the VTC mode is more suitable for the establishment of user emotional experience than the SV and ST modes.The designers should pay attention to the VTC image design of products.Based on the research results,the new design DOI:10.13952/j.cnki.jofmdr.2024.0207 perspective provides support for the multi-sensory emotional experience design of products.
