摘 要:针对产品结构集成度、耦合度日趋增高,导致配置设计再设计周期长,提出一种基于关联矩阵和有向图的产品模块识别方法。通过分析产品零部件功能、结构等设计关联关系,构建产品DSM矩阵,采用基于遗传算法的聚类算法得到耦合关联矩阵,通过可达矩阵和有向图的方法构建变更传播路径并识别传播路径,提出模块变更影响度计算方法,识别并细分模块,从而确定模块组合设计逻辑。最后通过起重机桥架及载重小车产品实例验证所述方法的合理性和可行性。A product module identification method based on the correlation matrix and directed graph is proposed to address the increasing integration and coupling of product structure,which leads to a long redesign cycle for variable configuration design.By analyzing the design correlation between product components,such as function and structure,a product DSM matrix is constructed.A clustering algorithm based on the genetic algorithm is used to obtain a coupled correlation matrix.The change propagation path is constructed and identified through the reachable matrix and directed graph methods.A method for calculating the impact of module changes is proposed,and the modules are identified and subdivided to determine the logic of module combination design.Finally,the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method are verified through examples of crane bridges and load-bearing trolley products.
