摘 要:过盈联接组件的装配质量受多种因素影响、人工经验依赖强,表现出装配质量不稳定、事后维修困难等特性,需对其装配质量进行预测和评估,以确保产品整个生命周期的可靠性和稳定性。有关过盈联接装配质量的研究已经积极开展,但缺乏对所开发方法的系统分析与总结。基于以上研究现状,文中从装配前预测分析、装配过程中实时监测及装配后质量检测三个方面对相关方法进行综合论述,系统地描述这些方法的应用。为了进一步方便研究人员和从业者,对所运用方法的关键问题进行分析,并概述了过盈联接装配质量未来的研究和发展方向。Most interference joint components are the core components of industrial products,and their assembly quality needs to be predicted and evaluated to ensure the reliability and stability of the entire product life cycle.Research on the assembly quality of interference joints has been actively carried out,but there is a lack of systematic analysis and summary of the developed methodology.In order to make up for this shortcoming,this paper comprehensively discusses the relevant methods in three aspects:pre-assembly predictive analysis,real-time monitoring during assembly and postassembly quality inspection,and systematically describes the application of these methods.In order to further facilitate researchers and practitioners,the key issues of the methods used are analyzed,and the future research and development direction of interference joint assembly quality is outlined.
