摘　　要：青山纸业2~#纸机主导产品为全木浆伸性纸袋纸,为节能降耗对纸机真空系统进行节能改造,将原有水环式真空泵系统改造为磁悬浮透平真空泵系统。本文对比了改造前后真空系统情况,改造之后吨纸能耗显著降低。The main product of PM2 paper machine of Qingshan Paper is all-wood pulp stretch sack paper.In order to save energy and reduce consumption,the company carried out energy-saving transformation on the vacuum system,replacing the original water ring vacuum pump to a magnetic levitation turbine vacuum pump.This article compares the vacuum system before and after the transformation,proving that the energy consumption per ton of paper is significantly reduced after the transformation.
