社区居民生活垃圾分类实施效果影响因素研究

摘　　要：利用问卷调查和访谈调查,基于个体和社区治理视角,对南京市五老村和万裕龙庭水岸社区垃圾分类实施效果影响因素进行调查。研究发现,调研社区居民生活垃圾分类实施效果差异显著。社区居民个体特征如年龄和学历,社区治理特征如社区融合度、社区财力和社区宣传、社区奖励机制等会基于居民行为和居民政策认同感两种路径影响社区生活垃圾分类效果。建议未来政策设计应推动差异化管理更加关注老龄化社区、重视宣传方式的多样化、采取强制和激励并存的优化路径。Using questionnaire and interview surveys,this study investigated the influencing factors for implementation effect of garbage classification in Wulao Village and Wanyulongting Shui'an Community in Nanjing City.Research has found that individual characteristics of community residents such as age and education,community governance characteristics such as community integration,community financial resources and community promotion,and community reward mechanisms can affect the effectiveness of community household waste classification based on two pathways:resident behavior and resident policy identification.Future policy design should focus on aging communities,emphasize the diversification of publicity methods,and adopt an optimization path that combines coercion and incentives.
