摘 要:采用Tanks4.0.9 d模型对储罐VOCs排放特征进行定量研究。结果表明,固定顶罐VOCs排放为静止损失和工作损失,浮顶罐VOCs排放为边缘密封损失、挂壁损失和浮盘配件损失,固定顶罐排放量最大,且是内浮顶罐的75倍;内壁锈蚀程度和密封形式是影响浮顶罐VOCs排放量的主要因素,降低内壁锈蚀程度和二次密封可大幅降低VOCs排放量;罐体颜色是影响固定顶罐VOCs排放量的主要因素,罐体颜色从白色加深至红色时,排放量增加55.31%;环境因素和年周转次数是影响储罐VOCs排放量的次要因素,温度的影响程度更显著;基于此,提出了涵盖“源头减排、过程管控、末端治理”的储罐VOCs减排策略。Quantitative study of VOCs emission characteristics from storage tanks using the Tanks 4.0.9d model.The results showed that the emissions from fixed roof tank mainly included standing loss and working loss,while the emissions from floating roof tanks mainly included rim-seal loss,withdrawal loss,and deck fitting loss.The fixed roof tank had the highest emissions,which were 75 times higher than the internal floating roof tank.The degree of inner wall corrosion and sealing form are the main factors affecting the VOC emissions of floating roof tanks.Reducing the degree of inner wall corrosion and secondary sealing can significantly reduce VOC emissions.The color of the tank is the main factor affecting the VOCs emissions from fixed top tanks.When the color of the tank deepens from white to red,the emissions increase by 55.31%.Environmental factors and annual turnover are secondary factors affecting the VOCs emissions from storage tanks,with temperature having a more significant impact.Based on the research results,a reduction strategy for tank VOCs covering“source reduction,process reduction,and end point reduction”was proposed.
