陶瓷业大气污染物排放特征及数值模拟研究--以河南省为例

摘  要:陶瓷业一直在经历着不断的发展和变革。然而,陶瓷业的发展带来了环境污染问题。因此,研究聚焦于河南省陶瓷业大气污染问题,深入分析排放特征,并采用WRF-Chem模型进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,对于颗粒物、二氧化硫与氮氧化合物的预测,误差均在5%以内。此外,在有《陶瓷工业大气污染物排放标准》的情况下,总废气污染物增长相对缓慢,颗粒物、SO_(2)和NO_(x)的增长分别降低37.03%、56.84%和30.77%。研究为陶瓷业的环保管理、标准制定、科技创新和可持续发展提供了科学依据,对于推动行业的绿色发展和应对环境挑战具有积极的意义。The ceramic industry has undergone continuous development and transformation,yet its progress has led to environmental pollution issues.This study focuses on the atmospheric pollution problems in the ceramic industry of Henan Province,conducting an in-depth analysis of emission characteristics and utilizing the WRF-Chem model for numerical simulation.The simulation results indicate that the predictions for particulate matter,sulfur dioxide(SO_(2)),and nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))remain within a 5%margin of error.Under“Ceramic Industry Atmospheric Pollutant Emission Standards,”the overall growth of waste gas pollutants slows down,with a reduction of 37.03%,56.84%,and 30.77%in particulate matter,SO_(2),and NO_(x)growth,respectively.This research provides a scientific basis for environmental management,standard formulation,technological innovation,and sustainable development in the ceramic industry.It provides reference for promoting the industry's green development and addressing environmental challenges.
