摘　　要：以广西为例,开展西部边疆民族地区主体功能区实施评估指标体系与方法研究,运用指标体系法和空间叠加法等方法,从空间格局实现和主体功能区功能落实等方面对广西主体功能区规划进行实施评估。广西主体功能区规划在空间格局构造方面完成度较高,在功能区功能落实方面完成度中等。其中,重点开发区域绩效水平较低,重点生态功能区和农业主产区绩效水平较高。文章有助于推动西部边疆民族地区经济高质量发展和生态环境高水平保护,为相关政策的制定提供有力支持。Taking Guangxi as an example,this paper studied the implementation evaluation index system and method of the main functional area in the western border ethnic minority area.Using the index system method and spatial superposition method,the implementation evaluation of Guangxi's main functional area planning was conducted from the aspects of spatial pattern realization and the function implementation of the main functional area.The research results show that the planning of the main functional area in Guangxi has a high degree of completion in spatial pattern construction and a moderate degree of completion in the implementation of functional areas.Among them,the performance level of key development areas is low,and the performance level of key ecological functional areas and agricultural main production areas is relatively high.This article helps to promote the high-quality economic development and high-level protection of the ecological environment in ethnic minority areas in the western border areas,and provides strong support for the formulation of relevant policies.
