共同富裕指数的两种构建方法比较——以浙江省与河南省为例

摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求。为探索不同地区的共同富裕状况,以浙江省和河南省为研究对象,应用综合评价法和因子分析计算共同富裕程度综合得分,结果显示:综合评价法所得名次位居前十的河南城市有郑州和洛阳,因子分析所得名次位居前十的河南城市有郑州、洛阳和南阳,两种方法所得综合排名整体差异不大。通过因子分析对数据深入挖掘可知,浙江省的共同富裕水平整体高于河南省,浙江省在区域共享性上略显不足,河南省人民生活水平有待进一步提升。因此,浙江省应侧重于夯实发展基础、缩小城乡差距,河南省应着重于提升人民生活水平,以此来扎实推进共同富裕。Common prosperity is a fundamental requirement of socialism.To investigate the conditions of common prosperity across different regions,this paper examines Zhejiang Province and Henan Province as research subjects,utilizing comprehensive evaluation methods and factor analysis to compute the overall score of common prosperity.The findings indicate that the top ten cities ranked by the comprehensive evaluation method in Henan Province include Zhengzhou and Luoyang,while the cities ranked in the top ten by factor analysis include Zhengzhou,Luoyang,and Nanyang.The overall difference in rankings between the two methods is not significant.A detailed analysis through factor analysis reveals that the level of common prosperity in Zhejiang Province is generally higher than that in Henan Province,with Zhejiang exhibiting slight deficiencies in regional sharing,while the living standards of people in Henan Province require further enhancement.Therefore,Zhejiang Province should concentrate on solidifying its development foundation and reducing the urban-rural gap,while Henan Province should prioritize improving the living standards of its residents to foster common prosperity.
