摘 要:通过3D打印技术制备了具有不同内部结构的热塑性聚苯硫醚复合材料隔声去耦板,并通过实验和模拟方法评估其隔声性能,为实际应用提供优化设计方案。根据特定场景下的隔声需求,通过3D打印的方式实现了4种内部结构不同(蜂窝、正弦、半球状、球状)的热塑性聚苯硫醚复合材料隔声去耦板高精度制备。通过有限元分析(FEA)对这些隔声板的隔声性能进行了模拟预测,开展水声换能器灵敏度测试,直观反映隔声板对声波的阻隔效果。模拟和实验结果均显示,采用类亥姆霍兹振动腔的球状设计在聚苯硫醚复合材料隔声性能上表现最佳。球状设计的隔声去耦板在模拟和实验中均显示出较低的声波透射率,从而实现了显著的隔声效果。此外,水声换能器灵敏度测试表明,球状设计的聚苯硫醚隔声板在声波传输过程中的灵敏度起伏仅为10 dB,这一结果进一步验证了其优异的隔声性能。Thermoplastic polyphenylene sulfide composite acoustic insulation decoupling panels with diferent internal structures are prepared by 3D printing technology and their acoustic insulation performance is evaluated by experiment and simulation method to provide an optimal design scheme for practical applications.The high-precision fabrication of four kinds of thermoplastic polyphenylene sulfide composite acoustic insulation decoupling panels with different internal structures(which are honeycomb,sine,hemisphere and sphere)is achieved by 3D printing.The sound insulation performance of these acoustic panels is simulated and predicted by finite element analysis(FEA),and the sensitivity test of the underwater acoustic transducer is carried out to intuitively reflect the blocking effect of the acoustic panels on sound waves.Both simulation and experiment results show that the spherical design with a Helmholtz-like vibrating chamber performs best in terms of sound insulation.The spherical design of the acoustic decoupling plate shows a low acoustic transmittance in both simulation and experiment,resulting in a significant acoustic insulation.In addition,the sensitivity test of the underwater acoustic transducer shows that the sensitivity fluctuation of the spherical polyphenylene sulfide acoustic insulation panel during sound wave transmission is only 10 dB,which further verifies its excellent sound insulation performance.
