摘  要:以聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷(D23)和苯基三丁酮肟基硅烷(T36)为主要交联剂,考查了两种交联剂及其混合比例对双组分硅酮密封胶性能的影响。结果表明:T36的加入能有效提高硅酮密封胶的热稳定性,当D23和T36按照质量比为5∶1混合使用时,制备的硅酮密封胶性能较佳,23℃时的拉伸强度为1.15 MPa,剪切强度为1.10 MPa,80℃拉伸强度保持率、剪切强度保持率分别为80.00%、79.09%。The investigations are conducted to evaluate the effects of 2 kinds of crosslinking agent which are polymethyltriethoxysilane(D23)and phenyltribubutylketoxime silane(T36)and their mixing ratio on the properties of bi-component silicone sealant.The findings indicate that the incorporation of T36 significantly improves the thermal stability of the silicone sealant.When the mass ratio of D23 to T36 is 5:1,the silicone sealant has the excellent performance,its tensile strength and shear strength is 1.15 MPa and 1.10 MPa respectively at 23℃.Furthermore,this formulation exhibits remarkable retention rates for both tensile strength(80.00%)and shear strength(79.09%)when subjected to elevated temperatures up to 80℃.
