摘  要:为进一步研究液氨管道的腐蚀问题,采用L360N管线钢,进行了浸泡腐蚀和慢拉伸试验,研究了L360N钢在液氨中的腐蚀和应力腐蚀行为,讨论了试验压力变化和液氨含水量大幅度增加对腐蚀的影响。结果表明:在含水0.18%的液氨中,L360N存在较高的应力腐蚀倾向,随着压力增大,腐蚀速率及应力腐蚀敏感性指数均增加;在压力为2MPa时,液氨含水量大幅度增加,L360N的腐蚀速率减小,应力腐蚀敏感性几乎未发生变化。In order to research the corrosion problem of liquid ammonia pipelines,L36oN pipeline steel is tested by immersion and slow rate tension in liquid ammonia.The behavior of corrosion and stress corrosion of L360N steel in liquid ammonia are studied,and the effect of pressure change and great increase of water content is discussed on the corrosion behavior.The results show that L360N has a high tendency of stress corrosion in liquid ammonia with a water content 0.18%.The corrosion rate and stress corrosion sensitivity index both increase with the increase of pressure.With the significant increase of water content,the corrosion rate decreases and the stress corrosion sensitivity changes little under the pressure of 2 MPa.
