摘　　要：槲皮素属于天然黄酮类化合物,广泛存在于蔬菜水果中,具有良好的生物活性。槲皮素是天然的抗氧化剂,具有抗炎、抗病毒、抗糖尿病、抗癌、抗衰老、抗阿尔茨海默氏病、预防治疗心血管疾病等功用。槲皮素可调节众多疾病与进展有关的细胞内和细胞外信号通路,刺激免疫系统,改变有丝分裂周期,调节酶活性,清除自由基,抑制疾病的发生,在致病过程的所有阶段提供显著保护。重点介绍了槲皮素的抗氧化、抗炎、抗糖尿病、抗癌、抗衰老及其预防心血管疾病的作用。开发利用中草药毒性较低,治疗效果好的特性,发挥天然药物的作用,为患者解除痛苦。Quercetin is a natural flavonoid,widely presents in vegetables and fruits,with good biological activity.Quercetin is a natural antioxidant with some good functions,such as anti-inflammatory,anti-viral,anti-diabetic,anti-cancer,anti-aging,anti-Alzheimer's disease,prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Quercetin modulates intracellular and extracellular signaling pathways involved in the progression of numerous diseases,stimulates the immune system,changes the mitotic cycle,modulates the enzymatic activity,scavenges the free radicals,inhibits the disease occurrence,and provide significant protection at all stages of the pathogenic process.It focuses on the antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-diabetic,anti-cancer,anti-aging and cardiovascular disease prevention effects of quercetin.The low toxicity,the good therapeutic and the natural medicines effect of Chinese herbal medicine is developed to relieve pain for patients.
