摘  要:针对传统混凝土加固改造用建筑结构胶粘剂的制备程序较复杂,存在胶粘剂整体抗压效果与加固性能较差等问题,提出一种新式混凝土加固改造用建筑结构胶粘剂的制备方法。在胶粘剂制备的过程中根据固化原理分析不同制备指标对制备程序的影响,在0.3MPa压力的条件下获取最佳制备指标,进一步完善内部胶粘剂数据处理平台的信息转化性能,获取抗压强度较高的胶粘剂原料信息。在优化指标配比的基础上研究胶粘剂制备的固化机理,按照机理信息调整加成物含量。实验结果表明,制备的混凝土加固改造用建筑结构胶粘剂的加固强度与传统胶粘剂相比提高了3倍以上,具有极好的加固性能。In response to the complex preparation process and poor overall compressive and reinforcement performance of building structural adhesives for traditional concrete reinforcement and renovation,a new type of building structural adhesive for concrete reinforcement and renovation is proposed.In the process of adhesive preparation,the influence of different preparation indexes on the preparation procedure is analyzed according to the curing principle,and the best preparation indexes are obtained under the condition of O.3 MPa pressure,so as to further improve the information conversion performance of the internal adhesive data processing platform and obtain the index information of adhesive raw materials with high compressive strength.On the basis of optimizing the ratio of indicators,the curing mechanism are studied,and the adduct content is adjusted according to the mechanism information.The experimental results show that the strength of the prepared building structural adhesive for concrete reinforcement and renovation has increased by more than 3 times compared to traditional adhesives,and it has excellent reinforcement performance.
