摘　　要：本文报道1例生食蜗牛10 d后出现持续发热和中枢神经系统症状的男性病例。结合临床表现、流行病史及病原学检测结果,诊断为广州管圆线虫病。予以阿苯达唑驱虫、地塞米松抗炎治疗后康复。本文梳理该患者的诊疗历程,并结合文献复习,以期为临床诊疗提供参考。We report a case of a male patient who developed persistent fever and central nervous system symptoms after eating raw snails for 10 days.The patient was diagnosed with Angiostrongyliasis depen-ded on the clinical presentation,epidemiological history,and etiological results.The patient recovered after receiving albendazole anthelmintic and dexamethasone anti-inflammatory therapy.This article incorporates lit-erature review to sort out the diagnosis and treatment of this patient,in order to provide feasible reference for clinicians.
