摘　　要：针对PVC透明制品的特殊光学性能要求,通过正交配方设计研究了增塑剂、内润滑剂、外润滑剂、热稳定剂和冲击改性剂对制品雾度、透明度和黄色指数的影响,并得出了PVC透明片材的最优配方:外润滑剂0.2份、冲击改性剂2份、内润滑剂0.3份、增塑剂12份、热稳定剂4份。In response to the special optical performance requirements of PVC transparent products,the effects of plasticizers,internal lubricants,external lubricants,heat stabilizers,and impact modifiers on the haze,transparency,and yellow index of the products were studied through orthogonal formula design.The optimal formula for PVC transparent sheets was obtained:0.2 parts of external lubricant,2 parts of impact modifier,0.3 parts of internal lubricant,12 parts of plasticizer,and 4 parts of heat stabilizer.
