摘　　要：介绍了一种高速高效的PVC-U管材生产工艺。通过优化和改进加热单元、扩口系统及相应的冷却系统等相关技术,开发了PVC-U管材关键生产技术的工艺和设备,解决了工艺开发和设计过程中影响管材生产速度和性能的难题,实现了PVC-U管材高速、高效、连续、稳定生产的目的。A high speed and efficient PVC U pipe production process was introduced.By optimizing and improving related technologies such as heating units,expansion systems,and corresponding cooling systems,the process and equipment for key production technologies of PVC U pipes were developed,solving the problems that affect the production speed and performance of pipes in the process development and design process,and achieving the goal of high speed,efficient,continuous,and stable production of PVC U pipes.
