摘　　要：介绍了一种干法乙炔电石渣除尘装车系统。通过采用移动式旋转装置和封闭式装车方式,实现了电石渣装车的灵活性和便捷性,满足了电石渣库的多点位灵活装车要求;采用除尘、旋风分离、螺旋输送及正压输送等方式,实现了电石渣密闭装车。该方法解决了干法乙炔电石渣装车粉尘的环保问题,实现了电石渣库装车的便捷性和安全性,提高了电石渣装车过程的效率和环保性。A dry acetylene carbide slag dust removal and loading system was introduced.By adopting a mobile rotating device and a closed loading method,the flexibility and convenience of loading carbide slag were achieved,and the multi point flexible loading in carbide slag storage was met.The closed loading of carbide slag was achieved through methods such as dust removal,cyclone separation,spiral conveying,and positive pressure conveying.This method solved the environmental problem of dust generated during the loading of dry acetylene carbide slag,achieved convenience and safety in the loading of carbide slag in the warehouse,and improved the efficiency and environmental friendliness of the carbide slag loading process.
