摘　　要：目的针对大型医学影像设备计量质控实践训练难题,基于虚拟现实技术,构建具有沉浸感和交互性的大型医学影像计量质控虚拟仿真教学实训系统。方法以CT和MRI两大类设备为目标,采用三维建模、动态采集、光线追踪等虚拟现实技术设计开发,系统涵盖示范教学、模拟训练和考核评估三大功能,实现设备操作、计量检定、数据记录和考核打分等全流程训练。结果本系统能够真实模拟大型医学影像设备检测场景,实现了计量实训的建模要求与训练功能,并已在院校教学中投入使用,收到了良好的效果反馈。结论本训练系统能够为开展大型医学影像装备计量质控的技能培训和考核提供一种便捷易行的新途径。Objective To construct an immersive and interactive virtual simulation teaching and training system for large-scale medical imaging metrological quality control based on the difficulties of practical training and assessment of large-scale medical image equipment.Methods Taking CT and MRI as research target,the system was designed and developed by using virtual reality technologies such as 3D modeling,dynamic acquisition and ray tracing.The system covered three functions of demonstration teaching,simulation training,and assessment and evaluation,and could realize the whole process training of equipment operation,metrological verification,data recording,and assessment scoring.Results This system could truly simulate the detection scene of large-scale medical imaging equipment and realize the modeling requirements and training functions of metrological practice training,and has been put into use in college teaching and received good feedback.Conclusion This training system can provide a simple,easy and low-cost means for the skills training and assessment of large-scale medical imaging equipment metrological quality control.
