摘  要:目的为提升遇险飞行员的快速救治能力,本研究拟研发新型动力型专用救护装备,构建用于遇险飞行员快速脱离座舱的教学模拟训练系统。方法该模拟训练系统包括遇险飞行员快速救援单元和模拟飞机机舱单元。快速救援单元包括救援梯、无源/动力救援平台、基于自举升装置的动力救援平台和飞行员吊救装置,用于不同机型和不同伤情条件下的遇险飞行员快速救援模拟训练。根据不同机型构建模拟飞机机舱单元,结合战伤模拟人模拟真实环境体验的训练机舱。结果本训练系统可实现遇险飞行员快速脱离座舱的模拟训练,具有救援能力强、通用性和可拓展性强、救治效率高等优势。结论本训练系统开发和应用可用于生物医学工程专业以及相关临床专业学生的培训及训练,对于提高遇险飞行员的快速救治水平具有重要的意义。Objective To develop a new type of powered specialized rescue equipment and construct a teaching simulation training system for pilots in distress to quickly detach from the cockpit,so as to improve the rapid rescue ability of pilots in distress.Methods The simulation training system included a rapid rescue unit for pilots in distress and a simulated aircraft cabin unit.The rapid rescue unit included rescue elevators,passive/powered rescue platforms,powered rescue platforms based on self-lifting devices,and pilot lifting devices,used for rapid rescue simulation training of pilots in distress under different aircraft types and injury conditions.The simulated aircraft cabin units were constructed based on different aircraft models,and the training cabin was simulated with combat injury simulator to simulate a real environment experience.Results The training system could achieve simulation training for pilots in distress to quickly detach from the cockpit,with advantages such as strong rescue ability,versatility and scalability and high rescue efficiency.Conclusion The development and application of the training system can be used for the teaching and training of students majoring in biomedical engineering and related clinical specialties,which is of great significance for improving the level of rapid rescue for pilots in distress.
