摘 要:目的探究经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)能否有效改善急进高原健康志愿者的睡眠质量。方法研究合计纳入50例急进高原(海拔>4200 m)健康志愿者,采取随机数字表法将受试者分为两组,对照组不采取任何干预措施采用自我习服的方式,TEAS组通过神门(HT7)和内关(PC6)给予TEAS。比较两组受试者治疗前后睡眠质量[总睡眠时长(TST)、睡眠效率(SE)、睡眠潜伏期、睡眠觉醒时间、睡眠觉醒次数]变化,认知功能评分(Rey听觉词语学习测试、连线测试、数字广度测试)变化以及脉搏血氧饱和度变化等。结果TEAS组治疗前后TST无统计学差异(P>0.05),但治疗期间TST较对照组显著增加,且具有临床意义,同时SE增加、觉醒次数和总觉醒时间显著减少(P<0.05);脉搏血氧饱和度在治疗期间,对照组较TEAS组高,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05),但无实际临床意义;认知功能方面,两者之间无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论TEAS可能对改善急进高原健康志愿者的睡眠质量具有积极影响。Objective To investigate whether transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)can effectively improve sleep quality in healthy volunteers under acute high-altitude exposure.Methods A total of 50 healthy volunteers under acute high-altitude exposure(altitude>4200 m)were included in the study.The subjects were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was treated with self-acclimatization without any intervention,while the TEAS group received TEAS at the Shenmen(HT7)and Neiguan(PC6)acupoints.Changes in sleep quality[total sleep time(TST),sleep efficiency(SE),sleep latency,wakeup after sleep onset,and number of awakenings),cognitive function scores(Rey Auditory Verbal Learning Test,Trail Making Test,and Digit Span Test),and pulse oxygen saturation before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in TST before and after treatment in the TEAS group(P>0.05).However,during the treatment period,TST significantly increased in the TEAS group compared with that in the control group,with clinical significance.Additionally,SE increased,and number of awakenings and total awakening time significantly decreased in the TEAS group(P<0.05).Pulse oxygen saturation during the treatment period was higher in the control group than that in the TEAS group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),but without clinical significance.There were no statistically significant differences in cognitive function between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion TEAS may have a positive impact on improving sleep quality in healthy volunteers under acute high-altitude exposure.
